Surprise to find at a place 3000 M above sea level place, nice food, nice and polite people. Most business outlet owner can speak English. Fantastic mobile connection provide by Vietnam government.

I ordered tickets with this company during a major holiday to Sapa. I paid 900k vnd for two tickets. Because of the holiday and sudden rain, I couldn't get a taxi to the bus pickup. I told them but they refused to help me and just took my money without providing a service. They don't do customer service well. Major holidays are known for traffic setbacks. This company is unreliable and takes from customers. They easily could have moved my ticket to another day. Don't buy anything from these people.
