  Highly recommended! Andy was so helpful and friendly. He gave us information the evening before we wanted to do a trek but we didn’t decide until 8.30am the next morning, and he still managed to arrange everything and met us at our hotel with our wonderful guide, Chai Ly, by 10.30am! We had a great trek with a flexible itinerary (to cater for varied ability in our family) from Lao Chai village to Ta Vanh village, had a nice lunch at a homestay in the countryside, then my mum and sister rested there while my partner and I kept going for another 1.5 hours to another village. Then we were picked up by a van, which also picked up my mum and sister on the way before heading back to Sapa. Chai was knowledgeable and friendly, spoke such great English, and gave us a real insight into local cultures, being from the Hmong ethnic group herself. The next day we wanted a massage and I asked Andy whether he had any recommendations even though it’s not trekking. Andy again helpfully put us in touch with his friend (Anh at Rose Massage) who also arranged everything for us. Thank you so much, Andy (and Chai and Anh)!

  We had a great time visiting a lot of places with the help of Sapa Trekking Travel. Andy kindly arranged a half day tour itinerary for us and met us at our hotel. He introduced Jiao as our tourguide. She was excellent! She was very friendly and informative. Alos, she helped us with our private itinerary schedules after the tour, ensuring that we will be on time.

  Excellent services rendered by Andy and his team. We had quite a number of last minutes requests and changes on iti and questions but Andy always responded & help to sort out immediately which is superb.
