  Very smooth and trustworthy transaction. The exchange process was fast and transparent. The staff is kind, professional and very accommodating, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the transaction. Not the same exchange rates you would get in Hanoi or central city since this is in the mountains of Sa Pa, but it is definitely a legitimate and reliable money exchange service. Highly recommended.

  This is the best money changer I have found in Vietnam. The exchange rate was exactly the same as the rate shown on the XE app, making the transaction transparent and trustworthy. The staff were also incredibly friendly and honest. I accidentally left my sunglasses behind when I went to the restroom, and the staff carefully kept it safe and returned it to me. Their excellent service and integrity made a great impression on me. Highly recommended!

  I was looking for nearest money changer from supermarket, and Google Maps brought me here. A bit confusing at first, since the sign board shows “Travel Agent”. The owner was so helpful and fair for giving the price for changing money (I trade SGD to VND). Very helpful for a traveler like me. Thank you!

  I have used this currency exchange service several times during my trip. The gentleman in the shop is very friendly and professional, and gives a fair exchange rate. It's also nice that it is open late, as many buses arrive in Sapa at night. Highly recommend!

  Good Service with excellent Staff , manage to exchange RM 50 MYR notes. But Vietnamese prefer RM100 MYR notes in almost every currency exchange outlet .
