  G8 Sleeper Bus (Hanoi to Sapa) Overall Rating: 5/5 stars Booking was a breeze through Klook – the platform was intuitive and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The contact number listed on Klook is fully updated, which gave us peace of mind when we had a quick question before departure. The customer service team speaks excellent English and provided detailed, straightforward guidance about boarding time, location, and what to expect on the journey. When we arrived at the meeting point, staff approached us promptly and accommodated our needs with genuine politeness. The bus itself exceeded our expectations: it’s spotlessly clean, and each cabin comes with fantastic amenities including a massage bed, TV, headsets, adjustable lights, and privacy curtains. We were provided with two pillows, a warm blanket, free bottled water, and wet tissues – all much appreciated for the day trip. Departed at 7:30 am, arrived in Sapa at 2 pm. Additional conveniences like free WiFi and USB chargers kept us connected throughout the journey, and the driver maintained a safe, steady pace the entire way.   I traveled from Hanoi to Sapa with G8 Sapa Open Tour Sleeping Bus and it was a very comfortable journey. The bus had clean, spacious sleeping berths with soft mattresses, blankets, and good legroom. It felt private and cozy, making it easy to rest during the trip. The bus was modern, with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and charging ports, which made the long ride more enjoyable. Staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was well organized. The trip was late cause of celebration of independence day of vietnam included convenient rest stops after every 2H of Driving . Overall, it’s a great option if you want to travel overnight or relax on the way to Sapa. Ps: they don’t speak English

  Thanks for reading! If this helped you, let me know with a like. One must admit, the proposition had the scent of a minor tragedy. A limousine, they called it, a word that in these parts conjures not the plush, silent chariots of Fifth Avenue, but something rather more… interpretive. Yet, the G8, sitting in the Sa Pa mist, possessed a certain sleek, white promise. And so, we embarked, settling into seats that were, I confess, admirably compliant. But the vehicle itself was merely the vessel, darling, the proscenium arch for the true performance, which was the landscape of Vietnam itself, unfolding beyond that grand, panoramic window. It was a living scroll, a majestic and heart-stoppingly beautiful epic written in jade and emerald and mist. First, the mountains. Those ancient, slumbering beasts, their spines arched against the sky, draped in velvety jungles that seemed to swallow the light. And carved into their impossible shoulders, the rice terraces. Oh, the terraces! A cascade of a thousand mirrors, each one catching a different mood of the heavens, a symphony of light and water and sheer, human tenacity. It was a sight to make one feel both vast and insignificantly small, all at once. We descended, coquettishly at first, then with a more determined grace, leaving the cool breath of the highlands for the humid embrace of the low. The world outside the glass was a pageant of vibrant, fleeting life. A woman, a cone-hatted lily, knee-deep in the brilliant green of a paddy. A boy, leading a water buffalo with a dignity that would shame a king, both of them moving with the slow, deliberate tempo of a timeless dream. We slipped through villages where life was lived in full, open view, a blur of crimson laundry and steaming pots and the dark, knowing eyes of children who watched us pass, their faces as inscrutable and beautiful as porcelain. And then, the inevitable denouement: Hanoi. The languid, pastoral dream dissolved into a thrilling, nerve-jangling symphony of motorbikes and modernity. The limousine deposited us, rather unceremoniously, into the glorious cacophony. But the memory of that journey, darling, the memory is everything. It is a silken ribbon of green and gold and mist, now neatly coiled within my mind. A treasure. Not merely a transfer, but a transformation. And frankly, for the price of a ticket, it is the most exquisite bargain in all of Indochina.

We particularly appreciated the comfortable and spacious rest stop in Sapa. Your drivers perform thorough checks of the bus before departure, ensuring no passengers are left behind—a detail I know well from personal experience. Additionally, your cabins are wider than competitors', and the rest stops feature quality facilities with clean restrooms. Please continue your commitment to these fine details.   Amazing bus! - I had comfortable journey from Hanoi to Sapa. The sleeping seat is clean, fit-enough, private and so cozy (I have a very well sleep 😆). Especially, the bus had pick me up on time at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street that is very near the Old Town. - The staff is nice & supper friendly. Some of them can speak English, so I can support foreigners well. - When arriving Sapa, you can go inside the station office, look for any staff wearing the blue jacket G8, note with them the hotel address. They will use small bus to help you move for free to your hotel 👏. Appreciated!

  We booked our ticket on the G8 Open Tour sleeper bus between Hanoi & Da Nang, 3 weeks in advance. However, I wouldn't have booked this had I realised there was no toilet on board. I only discovered there was no on board toilet once we had left Hanoi. It definitely wasn't clear at the time of booking. Having said that, the driver stopped several times and made it known to all passengers that he was making a toilet stop. The cubicles were comfortable, well equipped with entertainment and well ventilated. There were 2 pillows and a lightweight quilt. I actually slept better on the coach than I had during the previous 4 nights in a 4-star hotel in Hanoi. Mostly though, it was really good fun! Would I book again knowing there are no toilets on board? Yes!

  Would not recommend experience. One bus did not have a toilet. The other had. Neither toilets in hanoi when arrived. Don’t sleep on the top. Don’t book at all, not much sleep tbh. Don’t book double sleeper!

  2 days ago I went to the office to leave my big backpack since I have a bus later… a nice lady told me “yes, no problem” and when I was leaving it there appeared a guy from the company to say in a very bad way that NO.. and I asked please (I was walking and sweating a lot with my backpack) and he told me to look on Google Maps for luggage storage… that they didn't have lockers there (very unfriendly way). I stayed looking for help and I didn’t get any… when I bought a service to them!!!!
