  We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Good food! We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  Im very lucky to stayed at Sapa Central Hotel. To all my Indonesian friend please consider this hotel with affordable price Location: very strategic, only 1 minute to go to Fansipan monorail Service: Dua lipa is the great receptionist, i never been met someone with a positive energy like her. Also she helped me to review my Klook’s voucher and offer some help Room: very comfortable, they got warm AC (my 1st experience too) Restaurant: i tried their food as well and awesome! General facilities: i came super early like 5AM but Dua Lipa guided me and help me to put my belongings 1st so i can go to Fansipan at 7.30AM too

  We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Centre Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops in Sapa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What we appreciated most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Ms. Lipa Dual for her understanding, care, and assistance throughout our stay. We are especially grateful for helping with my husband's dietary needs, particularly preparing omelets that were suitable for him. As my husband is diabetic, finding appropriate food can sometimes be challenging, but your support made us feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. We would also like to thank all the hotel staff for being so understanding and accommodating regarding my husband's dietary requirements. Your kindness and attention made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed and cared for during our stay. Thank you to everyone at Sapa Centre Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥰 From a grateful Filipino family. 🇵🇭❤️🇳🇴🇻🇳

  We found the perfect place to stay in Sapa! The room were really nice and spacious! Staffs were friendly and accommodating and they are willing to help you in making arrangements for the best experience in Sapa! Just outside the property, there’s a whole stretch of souvenirs store and factory outlet selling cool stuff. As a Muslim myself, it’s like a 5 mins walk uphill where I can get plenty of spicy halal food options! Just at the parade square, you can fly your drone and observe the street layout for Sapa. Currently this hotel is at the elevation of 1474m above sea level. We loved this place and decided to extend one more night to climb Mount Fansipan!

  Stayed in Jan 2026 for 4 days. We had the triple room and it eas spacious enough with small balcony overlooking the town. Shower room was also spacious and clean. Cpunter lady was always cheerful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the middle of Sapa Centre, can grab to nearby eateries without needing to walk up and long stairs/slopes if feeling lazy. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for its spacious clean room, well location and value pricepoint. Daily complimentary breakfast was great with both Asian and western pastries, made to order Pho as well.

  Awesome overall experience! The hotel is clean and spacious with pretty good free breakfast. The location is super convenient and acessible to all majpr attractions. The host and staff are also super nice and very acvomodating. They even went above and beyond in helping us fix our broken luggage. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and relaxing.. Mabuhay and Salamat!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Sapa Centre HotelI had a wonderful stay at Sapa Centre Hotel during my trip to Sapa. The location is excellent, right in the town center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was good and offered a variety of local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and made my stay in Sapa enjoyable and memorable.I would definitely recommend Sapa Centre Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

  We had a great time in Sapa also because of the place we stayed. The crew were very friendly, all were smiling and warm. They explained in detail and gave us options when we inquired regarding tourist spots. They have foreign exchange currency and the rates for the tour are the same compared to the actual costs if we buy direct. The room was clean, with separate tea room and a mini balcony with a very nice view. The location is just one minute walk from Fansipan. We were very happy that we stayed in this hotel.
