  Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The property was incredibly comfortable and surrounded by breathtaking scenery, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, who were consistently warm, kind, professional, and attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Wendy, whose genuine care and thoughtful attention to detail made us feel especially welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service.

  Excellent hotel, and by far one of the best places I’ve stayed during my trip in Vietnam. The rooms are modern, spotless and feel brand new. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options, and some of them can be asked directly on request (scrambled eggs, omelettes, etc.). The location is perfect: quiet, yet within walking distance of everything in Sa Pa Town (literally 1mn walk from Sapa Plaza). The hotel also has a spa, a rooftop and a sky bar with great views. A special thank you to Chau, Lisa, Wendy, Vu and Seng, who were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality really made the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa, and I would happily stay here again.

My time here was nothing short of spectacular, largely thanks to the incredible team running this beautiful property. From the second I arrived, I was met with unparalleled warmth and hospitality. I want to give a massive, heartfelt shout-out to **Wendy** at the front desk. She is an absolute superstar! Wendy went completely above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Her helpfulness, welcoming energy, and brilliant local recommendations made a world of difference. She genuinely cares about the guests, and her exceptional service truly set the tone for the entire trip. Beyond the world-class service, the hotel itself is stunning. The views of the mountains and valley from the property are breathtaking, the rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable, and the spa is the perfect way to unwind after a day of trekking. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The warmth of Wendy and the rest of the staff makes Sapa Horizon feel like a luxurious home away from home. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough—I will absolutely be back!

  Great central location, clean and comfortable all around. This is a smaller hotel but very cozy with great staff and amenities. Roof top restaurant and bar are great plus. They’ve just finished upgrading other facilities. This is a much better hotel than the near by Amazing. They tried hard to give guests good impressions. This is definitely a 4.5+ stars hotel. Much better than other 4 or 5 stars in the area.

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The location is perfect and made it very easy to explore the area. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast every morning was excellent with a great variety of food. The service from all the staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Leon at the reception, who was absolutely the best. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His attitude and hospitality truly made our experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for amazing service, great rooms, and a perfect location.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Sapa Horizon Hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. You couldn't ask for a better location—it's just a short walk to both the Sapa Station (perfect for heading up Fansipan) and the main town square. What really made our stay special was the staff; they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. To top it off, the breakfast offered a great variety and was a wonderful start to our days. Highly recommend!

  This was a last minute booking and we had such a wonderful experience. They upgraded our room and the staff extremely kind! The breakfast included was delicious and lots of variety. Super clean, lux and comfortable. Location is right in the middle of town so everything is really close by. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

  If I could leave a 10 star review I would do so for this Hotel. From the moment we checked in through to when we checked out we had an exceptional service and an exceptional stay The hotel room was one of the best that we have stayed in well appointed with beautiful views and excellent bathroom facilities The breakfast was amazing, great choices. The concierge Leone and the guest relation officer were super helpful and on departure we even received a little gift from the guest relations officer. If you are looking to stay in Sa Pa this hotel is an excellent Location near the Stone church and the Square easy walking distance to everywhere you want to go including the train station and the markets. Do not look any further for your Sapa stay you will be delighted
