  I did my laundry here. It is very good. Super convenient as there is detergent inside. If you are visiting in Sapa and needs to do laundry, this is the right place for you.

  Nice and quite big washing and drying machines, very easy to use . Follow steps on the wall. Accepts payment on Visa/Master card, washing is 50,000 for 35min ( didn’t have option to make it longer) and drying is 70,000 for 1h There is also free wifi 😊 Only giving 4 star and not 5 because I don’t think clothes are washed with hot water even if it has the option for “Hot” pressed

  Says there’s detergent in the machines already but there isn’t, clothes came out smelling the exact same. Whites on a hot wash still came out the same too. Do not go here

  Washing machine is okay clothes didn’t smell of anything and the stuff that smelt going in still smelt afterwards, would advise on drying your clothes elsewhere as the dryer is useless. Had my clothes in for 50 mins on high and my clothes were still wet ,is abit of a scam considering it’s 12,000 per 10 minutes so would definitely avoid
