The teacher is very good. He teaches yoga very well. Everyone should do yoga for good health. I am very happy to learn yoga from here.

We tried a wheel yoga class while we were in Sapa, and it was a really nice experience. The teacher was professional and approachable, and there were two assistants who helped adjust postures, which made everything easier to follow. We joined the class on a whim, and we’re really glad we did. They also take pictures during the class if you want to.. Much recommended!

Great yoga school ! I attended a power vinyasa class and the teacher took the time to correct and to adapt the lesson to be in english. Highly recommend !!

Had a great class with a very professionals teachers. Hard but fun class with a lot of headstand. We enjoyed and understood everything.
